100,000 miles in less than three years and this easy bolt on is in my mind responsible for the zero problems I have had with my injectors and fuel system. I change the filter every 25 thousand miles and run the standard 5 micron in the stock 5.9L motor(2006 Ram 3500 MegaCab), changing it each 5000 miles. Remember the cummins specs for injectors is 2 microns, so using the stock fuel filter alone WILL at some point result in problems. Very affordable system, no to difficult to install and it looks good.
